How to make a complaint

In the unfortunate event that you may need to make a complaint you can send us an email directly to complaints@promney.com or in writing to our office address. Please provide as much information as possible.

 

Once we have received your complaint we will acknowledge this via email. We will then investigate all the details of your complaint, and aim to respond within 15 business days but in some circumstances this can take up to 35 days. If you are not happy with our resolution you can refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service
